Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our New Orleans dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Our New Orleans-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
We built our New Orleans branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from New Orleans, LA property owners β the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our New Orleans roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in New Orleans isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in New Orleans, LA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our New Orleans, LA-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in New Orleans who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one New Orleans call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in New Orleans started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later β our New Orleans dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our New Orleans crews scale the response to match the loss β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a New Orleans property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For New Orleans homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial New Orleans accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination β our New Orleans crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every New Orleans drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Because our equipment cache sits inside New Orleans, LA, most New Orleans calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
A short call with our New Orleans dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available New Orleans crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Our New Orleans technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your New Orleans paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
